Job Title: Programme Advisor - Admissions and Outreach

Job Summary:

UIC Barcelona is seeking a Programme Advisor to join our Admissions and Outreach Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proposing recruitment strategies, participating in defining objectives, and processing candidate applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for assigned programmes
  • Collaborate with the Admissions and Outreach team to define objectives and goals
  • Process candidate applications, track their progress, and guide them through the admission process
  • Monitor all documentation related to the promotion and admission process
  • Support and participate in coordinated promotional events such as fairs and informational sessions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
