Job Description

As a Programme Advisor at BSBI, you will play a vital role in promoting our program portfolio to potential students, working closely with the sales team to achieve set targets. Your responsibilities will include managing the pipeline of students from initial application to payment of tuition fees, requiring a thorough understanding of relevant systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individually tailored advice to prospective students, consulting them through the full application circle.
  • Explore possible career paths for students and match them with specific BSBI offerings.
  • Handle student enquiries regarding different programs and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Account manage student applications from original enquiry to payment of tuition fees.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience and a positive, professional image of BSBI.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, leading on and managing the consultative sales process.
  • Independence and initiative to react to changing priorities and work circumstances.
