We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our IT Applications Team at Thyssenkrupp Elevator. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing solutions that drive business value across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop solid Requests for Change (RfCs)
- Work with testing teams to ensure seamless handover of solutions
- Perform NAV monitoring and provide technical support
- Serve as Level 3 support for escalated technical issues in ServiceNow
- Develop and maintain technical documentation within Navision/Business Central
- Promote technical improvements to our platform
- Support the design and implementation of integrations between Dynamics NAV and other solutions
- Develop technical solutions based on business requirements
- Manage business/project risks and mitigate or communicate effectively
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- Strong technical skills and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English; other languages beneficial
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to travel
- Experience in Business Central implementation projects
- Technical experience with integrations of Dynamics/Business Central with other applications
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- Practical experience in programming with AL – C/AL
- Experience with Tacton CPQ
