Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team at The Barcelona Edition. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable and unique.
Your primary focus will be on processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and completing reports in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be empowered to move about your space and take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards at all times.
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be on your feet and moving around for extended periods, and will be required to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
