Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the GRM process, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with changing business needs.
Review and update documentation in the GRM SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with Development teams to implement approved process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Facilitate training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.
Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
Establish and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Identify and propose new initiatives or changes to trade marketing processes, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technical Science, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in CRM or BI systems, with a strong background in project management.
Excellent knowledge of business processes in the FMCG industry, with a focus on trade marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Siebel, Power BI, and Mobile App Development, with a strong understanding of Microsoft solutions and CRM business process analysis.
