**The Role: Web Project and Content Authoring Specialist**
You'll report to our Digital Marketing Operations leader in Consumer and focus on working in projects and content authoring for our D2C websites. You'll collaborate with a team of experts in different digital marketing areas like web experts, CRM, paid media, SEO, and CRO experts, as well as other D2C stakeholders like design, IT, Consumer Experience, Product Management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work together with our Consumer Experience lead to define the roadmap for evolving our D2C websites and shops.
- Collaborate with other teams such as Design, IT, or Product Management to ensure delivery from the different teams.
- Drive continuous improvement on our D2C website, managing web projects based on learning, insights, and consumer data to enhance consumer engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Maintain awareness of competitor and industry activity, latest consumer experience trends in digital websites and e-commerce.
**Your Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a web project manager in e-commerce, preferably in consumer-facing roles.
- Experience in content authoring and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS systems.
- Knowledge and experience working with Adobe tools, such as Adobe Analytics.
- A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on capabilities.
- Organized and methodical approach to setting up strategy and execution.
- Project management experience, with Agile methodology being desired.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
**What We Offer:**

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
