Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

At PTC Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation in the manufacturing and maintenance business area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical development of new digital tools to meet the needs of the manufacturing and maintenance departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
  • Develop and implement a detailed project plan, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting potential risks or malfunctions and taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, digital engineering, or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance environments, digital tools, ERP, GMAO, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
