Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our manufacturing and maintenance digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical development of new tools and solutions that meet the needs of our manufacturing and maintenance departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives.
- Scope project requirements and prepare budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
- Deliver projects on time, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
- Monitor and report on analytics metrics concerning usage, savings, and other KPIs.
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
- Present projects to stakeholders at various stages.
- Negotiate or assist in negotiations with clients and other stakeholders.
- Apply a methodology of work and define deadlines.
- Bridge communication and serve as a reference point for all parties involved.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or any engineering branch.
- Previous management experience, project management, digital engineering, or a similar field (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance environments.
- Familiarity with digital tools, ERP, GMAO, and data analysis tools.
- Extensive experience in leadership and team management roles (direct and cross-functional).
- High level of English and Spanish, with other European languages being valuable.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- The ability to identify and address manufacturing and maintenance challenges creatively and efficiently, seeking opportunities for improvement and looking for savings.
- Good resilience and adaptability.
