Group Lead Intellectual Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Lead Intellectual Property Management to lead a team of IP Engineers and maximize value creation for Nordex through an IP portfolio management strategy aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of IP Engineers and experts to identify and protect Nordex's intellectual property assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including inventors, valuation and assessment experts, project managers, and management team.
- Ensure Nordex retains a competitive advantage by protecting its most valuable IP assets.
- Perform invention harvesting sessions and manage all inventions disclosures to define the most suitable protection strategy.
- Conduct freedom to operate analysis and implement IP risk mitigation measures.
- Completed M.Sc in Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar with additional training in Intellectual Property.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working on competitive intelligence analysis and intellectual property protection, preferably in the wind energy or related technologies.
- Experience in leading a team of IP specialists and acting as a role model with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English required, additional skills in Spanish or German are nice to have.
