G-Star RAW: A Leader in Digital Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at G-Star RAW. As a Paid Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for creating and executing the global paid social strategy to drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns across the full digital marketing funnel. You will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns, analyzing results, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Paid Social Team Lead on strategy, roadmap, and priorities
  • Build and optimize campaigns in the paid social channel across the full marketing funnel
  • Analyze results on a daily basis and optimize campaigns based on set KPIs
  • Support local initiatives and tests in close collaboration with local marketing teams
  • Test the latest advertising possibilities and ensure G-Star is an early adopter
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Ecom, BI, UX, Creative, and Regional teams) and external stakeholders (Meta, agencies, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns
  • Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams and multi-regional teams
  • Experience with data feed management tooling, social advertising tooling, and working with scripts is a plus
  • Relevant experience in Fashion and/or Retail industry
