- Assist customers with their product selection and execute Barbeques Galore's care sales process to maximise transaction value and profit.
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment and undertake store and stock housekeeping activities as advised.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve sales and service and maintain a strong customer-focused culture.
- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Have a highly driven, self-motivated approach and strong selling and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and well-organised.
- Have a passion for delivering great customer service and producing great store results.
