Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Business Partner to join our team at Institut Straumann Ag. As a key member of our Global HR Team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance through people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understand business and people needs, and provide strategic and tactical consultation to senior management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our global business leaders, enabling them to deliver performance through their people.
  • Take ownership of global HR processes, including budgeting, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • Lead the implementation and further improvement of HR processes, leveraging digital tools to develop a self-service organization.
  • Drive a positive employee experience across all moments that matter, and foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in local and global roles.
  • Broad expertise in Human Resources, with a track record in a multinational business environment.
