Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for executing technical tasks that are essential for delivering exceptional service to our customers:

  • Conducting predefined technical operations for customer equipment.
  • Providing on-site and remote support, addressing user issues effectively.
  • Coordinating service operations and troubleshooting product-related challenges.
  • Assisting in generating sales leads for our service offerings and participating in planning activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with established processes and regulations.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Secondary education in Electricity or Electromechanics (GWO certification is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at a B1-B2 level.
