Key Responsibilities

- Execute technical tasks as part of defined service delivery for customer equipment.

- Conduct primarily predefined technical activities, including basic commissioning, system integration, and maintenance tasks, both on-site and remotely.

- Provide remote and on-site support to customers, delivering 2nd and 3rd level assistance for any issues that arise.
- Coordinate and complete designated service operations, addressing product issues for customer equipment.
- Assist in generating sales leads for predefined service offerings and contribute to planning efforts.
- Follow established processes and comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

We seek individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and understand the significance of driving change. Ideal candidates will possess:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. Secondary education in Electricity or Electromechanics (GWO certification is a plus). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive team management abilities. Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English at a B1-B2 level.
