As a proactive and motivated HR Trainee, you will gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources and gain insight into internal HR processes and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the onboarding of new hires, including preparing new employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration under supervision.
- Contribute to HR reporting, such as maintaining records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Provide support with training and development programs, scheduling sessions, and coordinating materials.
- Participate in HR projects related to company policies, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
A passionate individual pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
