HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at Europcar Mobility Group. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruiting, training, and document generation for our network of rental stations.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal and external roles
- Oversee employee onboarding and help organize training development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, opportunities for development, data changes requests, etc.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace where issues are tackled rapidly
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
- Update Talent Management tools within your scope of responsibility
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed
- Ad hoc support with budget monitoring and payroll
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Prepare different documents that come from the employee life cycle, such as offer letters, data change letters, end of season communication for seasonal workers, etc.

Requirements- 3+ years of experience working as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes with high volumes
- Has managed employees and managers' queries on a regular basis
- Has worked on keeping and assessing the accuracy of the information sitting in the HRIS tools
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude
- Team player
- Good reporting and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies as well as Labor regulations
