- Conduct user research to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points, and translate these insights into design solutions.
- Design and develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and evolving project requirements, ensuring that designs are aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and meet the intended user experience.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Analyze usability test results and iterate on designs via data-driven design decisions.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in design, interaction design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer, preferably working on a SaaS product.
- Experience working on digital products or platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong visual design skills with a focus on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs throughout the design process.
