Job Title: Field Service Engineer Madrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service visits around Madrid and occasionally other European countries, covering Peak Scientific, Industrial and third-party products to maintain the local installed base in operational condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installations and training as well as general support in a professional, prompt and efficient manner to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Respond effectively and professionally to all customer requests ensuring that HQ Technical Support are informed to record onto Service Management System.
  • Provide a clear and accurate service report for all work carried out.
  • Maintain personal stock of parts and carry out inventory checks as requested.
  • Take the initiative to continually enhance and develop knowledge and understanding of the complete product range.
  • Establish an effective relationship with Technical Support to ensure a high level of communication and co-operation for all aspects of customer and product support.
  • Take the lead in more complex installations involving third party products.
