Vanderlande, a global leader in material handling and logistics automation, is seeking a skilled Junior Project Procurement Specialist to join its team. As a subsidiary of Toyota Industries, Vanderlande specializes in providing innovative systems and intelligent software for warehousing, airports, and parcel sectors.
**Role Responsibilities:**
- **Supplier Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with Vanderlande's requirements and project specifications.
- **Procurement Management:** Manage the procurement process from negotiation to material receipt and invoice review, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
- **Quality Assurance:** Verify engineering specifications and ensure received offers are technically correct in collaboration with engineering and the Project Manager.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Collaborate with other departments to enhance communication and identify opportunities for process improvement.
**Requirements:**
- University degree or higher education, preferably in technical engineering.
- Advanced level of English (French is highly valuable).
- Knowledge in procurement management and 2 years of similar tasks, ideally with experience in engineering or having worked in another engineering company.
- Ability to take initiative and make autonomous decisions, with strong analytical skills and organizational capacity.
