Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for increasing the portfolio of clients for renowned worldwide brands. Your mission is to:
- Respond to customer inquiries, emails, web contacts, and orders, as well as participate in order fulfillment and post-sales related activities
- Call and qualify new potential clients and leads
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell
- Build and enrich their database
- Create business opportunities and increase revenue from accounts
- Maintain close communication with the team to share information
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- A good level of English and native fluency in German
- Previous experience in sales
- Motivation and commitment to work
- A team player attitude and willingness to collaborate with diverse nationalities
Benefits
This opportunity comes with attractive benefits, including:
- A one-year fixed-term contract, renewable annually
- 40 hours of work per week, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, on a rotational schedule
- A salary of €950 gross/month, inclusive of free accommodation in a shared flat with all bills paid
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight tickets back to your home country within the EU
- Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc., upon arrival
