- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your account portfolio, driving growth and sustainability.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction by understanding their business strategies and staying informed of competitor activities.
- Develop commercial and technical proposals to meet client needs.
- Proactively manage profitability, aiming to exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking progress and reporting on ongoing activities.
- Respond to incoming customer and partner inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Native or fluent in German (oral and written), and proficient in English (B2 level or above).
- Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in a channel environment.
- Strong ability to persuade and empathize with clients, comfortable using various communication channels (primarily telephone).
- Self-motivated: A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Passion for driving results and achieving set sales targets.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
