Job Title: Corporate Sustainability Senior Consultant

At Environmental Resources Management (ERM), we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sustainability Senior Consultant to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sustainability consulting team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and reduce their environmental impact.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in corporate sustainability and climate change. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing climate strategies, including low-carbon economy transitions, GHG emissions reduction actions, and climate-related financial risk assessments.
  • Creating and implementing corporate sustainability programs, such as sustainability strategies, human rights due diligence processes, and CSR strategies.
  • Supporting clients in responding to sustainability indices, such as the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) and the CDP.
  • Developing and editing corporate sustainability reports, including writing, editing, and proofreading content.
  • Assessing business programs for social needs by measuring and valuing business broader societal impacts.
About You:

We are looking for a passionate and client-oriented individual with a strong background in environmental management and sustainability-related services. Your skills and experience should include:

  • A Master's degree in environmental engineering, industrial engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Four to six years of experience in environmental management and sustainability-related services, with a deep knowledge of environmental regulations.
  • Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and reporting.
  • Knowledge of double materiality assessment, GHG accounting, and/or CRSD requirements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English languages, with other languages (French or Italian) being a plus.
