At NTT DATA, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our clients' technology landscapes.
About the RoleThe Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the development of complex solution architectures, working closely with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of multi-vendor service integrations, cross-functional software, OS's, and infrastructure designs.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
- Identify and evaluate alternative architectures, considering factors such as cost, performance, and scalability.
- Produce specifications for cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers, and interfaces.
- Support change programs or projects by preparing technical plans and applying design principles that align with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
- Accountable for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, and resolving problems.
- Monitor the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.
- Create reports and technology roadmaps, sharing knowledge and insights with others.
- Design components using appropriate modeling techniques, following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns, and methodology.
- Review, verify, and improve own designs against specifications.
- Makes recommendations for the development of new go-to-market services and contributes knowledge on relevant verticals.
- Operates across both technical levels within the enterprise architecture and the value chain to develop holistic and integrated solutions.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to less experienced Solutions Architects.
- Advanced knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, OS's, and infrastructure designs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
