Job Title: Senior Cloud Solutions Architect

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team in EMEA. As a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect, you will work closely with our Enterprise Support customers to help them gain the most value from cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on solutions and provide technical guidance to customers
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
  • Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS

Requirements:

  • Estonian language at B2 level
  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, etc.
