We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Merchant Experience to join our team at PayRetailers Arg S.R.L. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the merchant experience within our ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in building and launching successful products in the fintech industry. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive the execution of product launches.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a strategic product roadmap to enhance the merchant experience
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements
  • Developing go-to-market strategies and executing product launches
  • Working closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless integration with our platform
  • Measuring and tracking the performance of merchant onboarding and integration processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech or payments

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
