The PositionWe are seeking a seasoned Head of Customer Experience to lead our customer support team and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the customer support team to optimize support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, onboard, and evaluate team members, developing career growth plans and conducting regular trainings and 1:1s.
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies, leveraging data analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation and AI assistance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
- Project manage customer experience initiatives and audit quality of support on all touchpoints to suggest optimization.
- Ensure the customer support voice is aligned with the brand voice and develop standard templates as needed.
- Handle escalations and take ownership of customers' issues, following problems through to resolution.
