About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Researcher to join our Editorial Content team at Statista, Inc. As a Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting desktop research, managing content databases, and creating high-quality editorial content for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on the global and Latin American e-commerce market, including data analysis and content database management
  • Develop a deep understanding of valid data sources and potential data partners in the industry
  • Generate research topics for database development, in close communication with the team lead and fellow editors
  • Edit, publish, and contextualize statistical information in English, following Statista's editorial style and documentation
  • Create and maintain editorial products, including individual statistics, dossiers, and topic pages
Requirements
  • Successful completion of undergraduate studies
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  • Good Spanish language skills for research purposes
  • Ability to describe complicated data in a concise and comprehensible manner
  • Structured, organized, and independent working style with attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
