Brand Partnership and Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing relationships, developing new partnerships, and overseeing the integration and execution of partnership strategies, including affiliate marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage affiliate marketing partners, including recruiting new affiliates, onboarding, and liaising with existing affiliates to answer their questions.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of key partners and affiliates who can significantly contribute to growth targets.
- Research and develop strategies for partnership growth and integration, working closely with the marketing and business development teams to understand brand needs for potential partnerships.
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Oversee partnership performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Pitch, negotiate, and secure high-value partnership agreements that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for potential partnerships and lead high-level negotiations.
- Manage the partner execution of co-marketing campaigns through the launch of cross-functional initiatives.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
- Understanding of fundamentals of affiliate marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Strong desire to proactively execute partnerships and own a significant portion of company growth.
- 3+ years of experience in consumer product marketing building partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
- Extremely strong project management skills and experience.
- Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts.
- Master networker with the ability to build and cultivate relationships.
- Experience in developing integrated marketing plans.
- Able to develop and move projects forward independently and autonomously.
