We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Automation Technician to join our team at E80 Group S.p.a. in Barbastro, Spain. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems at our client's plant, as well as traveling to visit clients across Spain and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of the plant in compliance with KPIs and contractual performance.
  2. Technical Support: Collaborate with technical offices for problem resolution, organization of on-site and remote interventions, procurement and shipment of spare parts, and offers.
  3. Corrective Maintenance: Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities on installed machinery.
  4. Preventive Maintenance: Carry out all or part of preventive maintenance activities according to maintenance plans, as stipulated with the Customer and E80 Group provisions.
  5. Reporting: Report to the Customer and E80 Group regarding performed activities, anomalies, and corrective actions.
  6. Improvement Activities: Foster improvement activities, modifications, and possible solutions.
  7. Training: Perform periodic on-the-job training to the Customer's personnel.
  8. Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts available on site, suggesting reorder points and purchases as needed.
  9. Documentation: Organize, manage, and update any security documentation requested by the Customer.
Requirements
  1. Technical Qualification: Technical qualification in electromechanical field or industrial automation.
  2. Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a role as Electromechanical or Transfer Technician, Electrician or Automation Engineer, operating in the automation or manufacturing sector.
  3. Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings. Knowledge of Siemens PLC, Beckhoff, Fanuc, Allen Bradley; Rockwell not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
Soft Skills
  1. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, intuition, and strong autonomy.
  2. Problem-Solving Skills: Proactivity and outstanding skills of problem solving.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); intermediate in English or Italian (spoken and written).
