Job Title: Resident Automation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Automation Technician to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems at our client's plant in Barbastro, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Maintenance: Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities on equipment to ensure efficiency.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Carry out preventive maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plans.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report on system performance and performed activities (including anomalies and corrective actions) to the Customer and the Company.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong relationship between the Customer and the Company based on trust, daily commitment, technical results, and equipment reliability.
  • Training and Development: Organize periodic meetings on system performance with the Customer's representatives and conduct on-the-job training for the Customer's personnel.
  • Improvement and Innovation: Promote improvement activities, modifications, and extensions to the system or equipment, co-supervised by the Direct Manager and in agreement with the Area Manager.
  • Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts on-site, suggesting reorder points and purchases as needed.
  • Maintenance Area Management: Organize and manage the maintenance area, tools, and equipment available from the company and/or the Customer.
