Role: Technical Integration Developer

Location: Remote

As a Technical Integration Developer, you will play a key role in designing specifications for customer data extracts and reports, and ensuring that our customers receive unrivalled customer service and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Design specifications for customer data extracts and reports
  • Design specifications for customer API change requests
  • Knowledge gathering with customers to support Single Sign-on requests
  • Detailed analysis to ensure no customer data leakage and consistency in output
  • Support investigation of Single Sign-on and API related queries
  • Support investigation of data extract/report related queries
  • Ensure unrivalled customer service and retention
  • Demonstrate the API on request
  • Communicate with other CUBE teams to ensure customer requests are delivered on time
Requirements:
  • Experience with Postman
  • Understanding of how Single Sign-on works
  • Previous exposure with API solutions
  • Experience with SoapUI
  • Experience working with Excel & Word
  • Experience with Atlassian suite
  • Prior experience working in consulting firms and/or technology vendors within financial services
