Job Title: Technical Integration Developer

At CUBE, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing specifications for customer data extracts and reports, as well as API change requests. You will work closely with customers to ensure a smooth transition and provide detailed analysis to ensure no customer data leakage and consistency in output adhering to customer data standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Design specifications for customer data extracts and reports
  • Design specifications for customer API change requests
  • Knowledge gathering with customers to support Single Sign-on requests
  • Detailed analysis to ensure no customer data leakage and consistency in output
  • Support investigation of Single Sign-on and API related queries
  • Support investigation of data extract/report related queries
  • Ensure unrivalled customer service and retention
Requirements:
  • Experience with Postman
  • Understanding of how Single Sign-on works
  • Previous exposure with API solutions
  • Experience with SoapUI
  • Experience working with Excel & Word
  • Experience with Atlassian suite
