Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects, particularly those involving multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to make decisions in a rational and analytical way will be crucial in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the definition of business solutions
  • Create project planning or Releases
  • Analysis and validation of technological solutions
  • Coordinate the software life cycle and SLA management
  • Coordinate the testing cycle, especially SIT and Performance
  • Coordinate teams of developers
  • Guarantee the quality of the software and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
  • Languages: Spanish and English
  • Knowledge of or familiar with the software life cycle and devops concepts
  • Knowledge of the test life cycle (Unit Test, SIT, UAT, testing performance, automatic testing)
  • Technological profile: Data Layer, Presentation Layer, Business Layer, Integration Layer
  • Social Profile: Capacity for teamwork, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills, motivation for professional growth
