We are seeking a highly skilled TikTok Commerce Specialist to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing our creator ecosystem strategy and driving business growth through win-win cooperation with creators and sellers partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop programs to increase agency engagement and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain partnerships with creator agencies and design strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with key creator agencies and influencer marketing agencies to develop and implement effective operations support and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement incentive plans to drive business growth and solve key challenges through strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 4+ years of related experience required.
- Extensive local talent management/influencer marketing agency network and solid experience working with top agencies and influencers in the market is preferred.
- Experience in developing effective instructions, presentation decks, or standard operating procedures (SOP) to support agency daily operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience of live stream and content-based commerce is preferred.
- Great team player with fast learning capabilities and open to challenges.
- Acute data acumen and ability to conduct in-depth analysis and design future roadmap based on the current state.
