Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commerce Creator Operations Intern to join our team in Madrid.

As a key member of our Commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of TikTok Shop, our e-commerce platform, and supporting our creators in achieving their business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the number of partners on TikTok Commerce, driving high-quality growth and revenue.
  • Manage and communicate with partners through various channels, ensuring seamless account management and partner education.
  • Support campaign and promotional activities, leveraging your strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Assist in analyzing performance trends, distilling insights to improve creator campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to operate simple OBS livestreams, production, and camera-work, ensuring high-quality content for our top creators and celebs.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or in your final year, graduating in 2026.
  • Proficient in verbal and written Spanish and English.
  • Fast learner with strong planning skills, able to move things forward and work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of the Commerce industry and its business structure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship experience in large Commerce platforms or leading consulting companies.
  • Good understanding of digital trends, influencers, social media, and livestreaming.
