User Lifecycle Management Overview
The User Lifecycle Management DevOps Engineer at Holcim EMEA Digital Center is responsible for deploying and maintaining reliable tools and processes that enable user lifecycle management activities for employees and third parties within the EMEA Region. This includes supporting single sign-on, privileged access management, and multi-factor authentication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conclude, maintain, and improve EMEA's Identity and Access Management solution, including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration, and third-party system integration.
- Develop an effective plan for application onboarding and integration.
- Optimize automatic access rights provisioning.
- Perform analytical role mining and entitlement analysis.
- Provide support for building, configuring, and architecting the EMEA identity platform.
- Conclude, maintain, and improve Single Sign On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Support and manage dynamic infrastructure as a code based on public cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Information technology university degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience programming in Java.
- At least 3 years of experience in IAM workforce, performing architecture, implementing, and maintaining workforce IAM solutions, ideally with Sailpoint IAM solutions.
- Hands-on experience working with Federation Protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID) and Single Sign On integrations.
- Previous experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with Spanish, French, Arabic, German, and other languages used in the countries in which we operate being an advantage.
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Previous experience working with CIAM Products would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in DevOps tools and Operations would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in order languages different to Java for backend development would be an advantage.
- Previous experience working with AWS cloud technologies in DevOps mode would be an advantage.
