Your primary focus will be on managing large-scale paid search campaigns, ensuring efficiency and scale within budget targets. You'll also be responsible for monthly billing and accrual processes, as well as forecasting future performance. Additionally, you'll lead international SEM growth for both supply and demand sides of our marketplace, build and maintain regular reporting, and collaborate with the team to optimize performance. Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in running large-scale paid search and social ad accounts, with expertise in automating bidding, scaling keyword coverage, optimizing account structure, and templated ad and landing page testing. Experience handling large media budgets and meeting/exceeding monthly goals for spend, revenue, customer acquisition, and other key performance metrics.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage multi-million dollar yearly budget and actively run paid search campaigns to increase scale within efficiency targets and monthly budgets. Responsible for monthly billing and accrual process for SEM, as well as assisting in the forecasting of future performance. Explore new partner opportunities and lead current vendor relationships. Research and lead international SEM growth for both supply and demand sides of our marketplace. Build, update, and maintain regular reporting for testing and ongoing performance. Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans based on conclusions. Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of standard methodologies and strategies in the management of online paid media. Collaborate and support/assist team members to optimize their performance, sharing performance reporting and other creative and website resources. Produce competitor insights, plan and execute campaigns, and communicate lessons to senior leadership.
