About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team at Mygwork. As a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software products through automated testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: Create and maintain robust automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure comprehensive validation of software functionality, performance, and reliability.
  2. Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to identify opportunities for test automation integration throughout the software development lifecycle, facilitating the seamless incorporation of automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
  3. Analyze Test Results and Report Defects: Analyze test results, report defects, and provide detailed information to support developers in troubleshooting and resolution.
  4. Work with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure automated tests align with business requirements.
  5. Contribute to Test Plans and Documentation: Contribute to the development of test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
  2. Experience in Quality Assurance with a Focus on Test Automation: Experience in quality assurance with a focus on test automation is essential.
  3. Proficiency in Programming Languages and Test Automation Frameworks: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is required.
  4. Strong Understanding of Software Testing Methodologies: A strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices is necessary.
  5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  6. Ability to Work Effectively in a Collaborative Team Environment: The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment is required.
  7. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for this role.
