Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to enhance our testing processes and ensure the highest standards of software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated testing scripts to ensure software functionality.
- Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of testing outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the software development team to improve overall product quality.
- Work in partnership with business units to analyze and document test results.
- Lead the identification and resolution of defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Innovate and implement effective test automation methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, particularly in Python.
- At least 1 year of experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Junit, or TestNG is preferred.
- Proficient in English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
- Good command of Spanish is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of ITIL practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Strong technical acumen and commitment to quality assurance.
- Experience working with diverse and international teams.
