About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Intelligence and Analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative data solutions and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of data experts to enhance their proficiency in SQL, Tableau development, advanced analytics techniques, and emerging technologies.
  • Act as a Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
  • Manage a group of BI Analysts and Analytics Engineers, ensuring the creation of innovative and client-centric reporting and insights solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams, Product teams, business leaders, IT, and data architects.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to align Data strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the effective use of analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Drive continuous learning and skill development within the team to adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Develop strategies to stay at the forefront of technology, integrating advanced analytics and generative AI into the BI customer-facing solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (> 5 years) in a similar role, preferably in a BI and Analytics environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of data mesh, data governance, and BI and Analytics management.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
