Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of data experts to enhance their proficiency in SQL, Tableau development, advanced analytics techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Operational Excellence: Manage a group of BI Analysts and Analytics Engineers, ensuring the creation of innovative and client-centric reporting and insights solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams, Product teams, business leaders, IT, and data architects.
- Team Development: Drive continuous learning and skill development within the team to adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Data Strategy: Develop strategies to stay at the forefront of technology, integrating advanced analytics and generative AI into BI customer-facing solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (> 5 years) in a similar role, preferably in a BI and Analytics environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data mesh, data governance, and BI and Analytics management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
