The Opportunity
At Puig, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Strategist to lead our digital transformation. Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for optimizing the digital experience to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Optimization: Collaborate with the IT and Digital teams to implement tracking tools and enhance the digital experience.
- User Insight & Experience: Analyze user interactions and sales data to understand behavior, preferences, and pain points, and manage external agencies as needed.
- UX / UI Optimizations: Propose improvements to UX/UI and Content teams based on derived insights.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators related to user engagement, conversion rates, bounce rates, and other relevant metrics.
- A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website elements, and present recommendations to UX/UI and content teams.
- Segmentation: Collaborate with brand and global CRM & Media teams to analyze customer database and create user segments based on behavior, demographics, and other factors.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights to the Digital Experience Manager and other stakeholders.
- User Research: Collaborate with internal and external teams to conduct user tests and interviews, setting up relevant hypotheses to validate.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep tabs on industry trends and competitors' digital experiences to identify areas for competitive advantage.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with the Digital Experience Manager to make informed decisions about website improvements, content strategy, and user journey enhancements.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience as CRO, Digital Analyst, UX Researcher, UX Designer, or Digital Product Owner in an agency or brand environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Communication Sciences of Design, Business Administration).
- Proficiency in key data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Bloomreach, SAC, Python, SQL, and other).
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, AB Tasty, etc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of web tracking technologies.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and anomalies in data.
