Key Responsibilities- Procurement Savings Projects: Assess and analyze procurement savings projects to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accessible and comprehensible reporting to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Customized Reporting: Create dynamic, customized reports to track pricing trends and performance metrics.
- Factory Costing: Act as a primary user in the factory costing process, promoting consistency and innovation across the organization.
- Costing Calculations: Work with financial managers and controllers to establish and refine costing calculations and structures, fostering the development of standardized business rules.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing site is a must.
- Global Organization: A global organization highly preferred.
- SAP Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP, namely with finance and supply chain modules is a must.
- Power BI: Experience in using Power BI will be a plus.
- Sourcing and Procurement: Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and generate insights.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-Driven: Proactive and results-driven.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English is required; Czech language knowledge will be an advantage.
