About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant with expertise in German language to enhance our business development strategies and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your skills to promote our brand and expand our client base across German-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services, leveraging your knowledge of German language and market trends.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Manage and update customer databases with accurate and complete information, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze competitors' offerings and develop effective sales strategies for our products or services, staying up-to-date with market developments and trends.
  4. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Native or fluent in German (written and spoken); proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  2. Experience: Prior experience in sales and working with CRM systems.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
