Sales and Marketing Consultant (German Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant to enhance our business development strategies and drive growth in German-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services, leveraging your German language skills to connect with clients.
  • Manage and update customer databases with accurate and complete information, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively building new ones, fostering a loyal client base.
  • Document detailed call histories and customer responses, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
  • Analyze competitors' offerings and develop effective sales strategies for your own products or services, staying ahead of the market.
  • Address and fulfill customer needs and requests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly, providing timely support and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in German (written and spoken); proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Prior experience in sales and working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and achieving goals in collaboration with the team.
  • Strong business sense with the ability to evaluate various business models.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
