**Job Summary**

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in digital marketing and sales to guide our clients in developing effective online advertising strategies. As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to our clients, achieving individual sales targets, and supporting the team's growth goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on their online advertising strategies
  • Achieve individual sales goals and assist in meeting team sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Participate in continuous training and certification programs to enhance skills

**Requirements**

  • Native German language proficiency
  • C1 level English language proficiency
  • EU Citizenship or Spanish Residency Card
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, preferably B2B
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising
  • Desire to learn and grow within the field
