Job Description

Lastminute Group is seeking a seasoned Pricing Analyst to join our team and drive revenue growth for our Hotels business.

This role will involve:

  • Developing a market-leading pricing strategy for our Hotels product across group websites through in-depth economic and product analysis.
  • Implementing dynamic pricing strategies and yield management tools to optimize revenue growth, considering various revenue streams and operational costs.
  • Conducting A/B testing and data evaluation to refine pricing strategies and their impact on conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Defining and optimizing our positioning and revenue on Hotel meta channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth for our Hotels business through data-driven pricing strategies.
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Develop analytical strategies to optimize revenue and improve business performance.
  • Analyze economic and product data to inform pricing decisions.
  • Model dynamic pricing strategies and evolve them based on market trends.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop pricing tools and features.
  • Monitor competitor and market data to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel digital business, with a proven track record in pricing and revenue management.
  • Knowledge of meta hotel best practices to guide teams and drive results.
  • Excellent data extraction and analytical skills to drive business decisions.
  • Fluency in English is required, with any additional languages being a plus.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers through effective analysis and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools to drive insights and decisions.
  • Success cases in Hotel meta and OTA yield management and growth are essential.
  • Previous experience in a management role is preferred, with a focus on business impact and team leadership.
