HR Generalist Role at Entravision

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to support our dynamic team at Entravision. This role combines administrative tasks with HR responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, including onboarding, training, and benefits administration.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Manage employee data, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
  • European citizenship.
  • Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in startups and technology companies.
