About the Role

Metyis is seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our advisory service team. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-class service and advice to our clients in projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption, configuration, and iteration of the Salesforce platform, improving business processes, data use, and efficiency.
  • Analyze business processes, understand technical requirements, and Salesforce solutions, and be part of consulting projects.
  • Provide coaching in Salesforce administration and implementation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working on Salesforce implementation and CRM process design and implementation.
  • Experience covering service, marketing, and sales Salesforce modules. Knowledge in Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.
  • Data Modelling capabilities and specific references in Customer Data Models definition and implementation.
  • Fluent in local language(s) and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
