Shape the future of sustainable energy with Mylight Systems as a Solar Energy Solutions Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing programs aimed at improving engagement and satisfaction across various client segments, particularly photovoltaic installers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Needs Detection and Analysis: Identify the specific expectations of our key accounts, new customers, and other segments, particularly the "long tail." Collect and analyze data to personalize support programs.
  • Program Development and Management: Develop advanced training and engagement programs for experienced installers to deepen their knowledge of our offerings and strengthen loyalty. Design intensive training and support programs to assist first-time buyers in becoming familiar with our products. Implement engagement initiatives tailored to diverse needs, fostering long-lasting relationships with the brand.
  • Program Monitoring and Optimization: Carefully measure the effectiveness of programs and adjust strategies accordingly. Conduct regular follow-up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with the sales, product, marketing, and support teams to coordinate actions and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing or Complex Project Management, in an agile and demanding environment.
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
  • Proven experience in client program or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
